They were polite, professional, and treated the furniture well. They moved right along methodically and the 4 seemed to work well together. Based on my experiences with movers, I would give them 5 stars and I would use them again.

From the initial quote to the final box, these guys were so client-oriented, so committed to meet even our last minute adjustments with a pleasant and professional demeanor. The first time they came to Ackley to move the first small load to Parham Place, I knew they were the team I needed for the balance of the "big" move. I worked with a RCS crew, led by Corveyle Jones, for 6 straight weeks on a multifaceted project for Virginia Peninsula Community College. During that time, we cleared a building and moved the contents to 4 locations. The Executive Staff was one of those moves. They were moved and setup in 2 days and they were able to quickly unpack. When those moves were finished, we moved and set up 56 faculty offices and workspaces from surplus. Along with the classroom furnishings for the newly updated Templin Hall. We reset classrooms In Hastings Hall, with surplus, following the relocation of faculty and classrooms to Templin Hall for reopening. These were the focus. There were many other moves for departments, upgrading spaces using surplus and future needs. Every hour of every day was on point. The crew pivoted when needed and worked hard every day to meet our expectations and deadlines. They were professional, easy to work with, and exceeded expectations. Working with them was a pleasure and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

RCS assisted with the clean out of offices that were to be occupied starting the following week. They moved furniture to surplus, disposed of trash, and rearranged furniture that was remaining. Conditions were not ideal with an early heat wave, 5/26-28, and a building with a broken AC unit and temperamental elevator. Whatever was asked, the crew did, without hesitation. We even had to do a little dumpster diving to remove some items that were disposed of in the wrong dumpster!
