RCS Commercial Moving & Warehousing is proud to announce that we have been named the 2025 BIL Vendor-Partner of the Year by Beltmann Integrated Logistics (BIL)! In 2025, our teams from our branches in Richmond, VA, Washington, D.C., Raleigh, NC, and Charlotte NC completed over 500 jobs for Beltmann and we are thrilled that they have chosen us for this prestigious recognition!

About BIL Vendor-Partner of the Year

This is especially meaningful because of how the selection process works. Each quarter, BIL’s vertical Project Managers and leadership team nominate vendor-partners who exemplify the standards they expect and the values they uphold. At the end of the year, all BIL employees vote from the list of quarterly nominees to determine the Vendor-Partner of the Year, making this a true, company-wide honor.

BIL evaluates vendor-partners based on several key principles:

  • Commitment to Customer Satisfaction - Treating customers with respect, asking thoughtful questions, and actively listening to understand their needs.
  • Create the Right Solution - Delivering the right solution the first time, every time.
  • Own It - Taking full ownership of performance, including on-time delivery, staying within budget, maintaining superior organization and safety standards, and proactively identifying solutions when challenges arise.

BIL also places high value on partners who consistently go above and beyond in support of their team, partners, and customers.
